The MaXpeedingRods coilovers provide an extreme level of adjustability in a price range that is unmatched. With the e46 chassis now beyond the 20 year old mark, it is evident, especially in higher mileage (213k miles) that the factory suspension gets fairly tired. Although, even in lower mileage examples or vehicles with factory replacement suspension, these coilovers greatly improve handling and decrease overall body roll.
With 8k front springs and 7k rears, these coilovers hit a perfect middle ground of stiffness for handling but not so stiff to rattle your teeth out. Alongside the 2000 e46 323ci vehicle, I have run these same model coilovers in a race prepared chassis that sees both road and raceway use on a daily basis. After almost 2 years of use and abuse, these coilovers haven’t faltered a bit! I can also confidently say that these coilovers are robust, and very strong, as with the nature of the raceway fender benders are no stranger. I am very happy with the quality, affordability, adjustability, and usability of MaXpeedingRods coilovers!
